Kristin Ritter

Master of Science in Business & Marketing, RYT 200 & Holistic Health Coach

Kristin received her training as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills from IIN, along with over 200 dedicated hours of Yoga Training, and starting/running businesses for the past 15 years she works in private and group sessions, helping clients find their authentic selves by setting goals and action steps that align with their true nature, providing a wealth of support and love along the way.

Jamie Nichols

Counselor, RYT-200, Master of Arts candidate

Jamie has studied psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling for nearly ten years.  She will earn her graduate degree from Rider University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as her credentialing as a Board Certified Life Coach in May of 2017.  In 2011, Jamie earned her 200-Hr Registered Yoga Teacher designation in traditional Hatha Yoga and went on to gain specific training in Restorative Yoga practices and mindfulness techniques. Jamie has a passion for helping others to achieve their highest level of emotional wellness through a combination of client centered, collaborative coaching sessions and yoga practice.

Megan Connolly

RYT-200, Reiki Practitioner, Culinary Artist

Megan began her yoga journey at a young age and, as many find, doing yoga reduced stress and anxiety from day-to-day life. She continued to have a steady practice and soon noticed her innate wisdom to heal herself and others through subtle body, energy.

She deepened her study of asana and healing at Yogasphere Newtown and completed her RYT-200HR in 2014. Megan is also a certified Reiki Practitioner and working on Master/Teacher Level currently.

Megan’s role at Nourishing Storm has expanded to Lead Yoga Instructor, Culinary Artist and Graphic Designer. You can find her happily whipping up smoothies, juices, and healing bites to serve up in the cafe and co-leading Nourishing Storm’s 200HR Teacher Training.

Her teaching style is joyful and healing, bringing elements of pranayama, meditation, mantra, reiki, movement and alignment and if called to, the use of her energy cards to help bring further guidance to those needing it!

Tirza believes that “exercise” should be a celebration of what your body can do instead of punishment for what you ate. Whether it’s feeling better in clothes, reducing stress, or keeping up with the kids, regardless of size, shape, or athletic ability Tirza fuses her experience as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and holistic health coach to guide students/clients to embrace their personal power while improving posture, balance, strength, and flexibility.
