We believe Essentials Oils can be incredibly healing. They can be added into your daily routine from adding a drop of lemon to your water, having some balance or serenity in the car for those commutes, diffusing elevate or breathe at home to putting vetiver and lavender on your feet at night before bed. And that is just the start of the many wonderful oils and uses.
At the Storm, we diffuse oils in the studio, hand out drops to students in class and even add to our healing blends in the juice bar.
