Kristin Ritter, Nourishing Storm Founder and Holistic Health Coach

Note from the Lead Trainer & Founder of Nourishing Storm

“Whatever happens, just keep smiling and lose yourself in love.” - Rumi

Hello and welcome! I set out on my personal wellness journey in 2002. I was drawn to help others heal and find wellness through movement, awareness, and nutrition.

After being certified as an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, I found yoga and completely fell in love with the peace it brought me as well as the connection I felt with every living being. Since then I’ve completed my 500 RYT certification from Shanti Yoga School and Holistic Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Now it’s my honor to empower a community with the life-changing peace, compassion, and awareness that yoga brings.
