Attend (or make up as instructed) all 200 hours in the program

Commit to a home practice (Sadhana) x 3 a week

We are a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete this approved training with us may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance.
Next NS 200 hr TT will begin March 16th 2018-March 16th 2019
(One weekend a month: Friday’s 6:30-8:30pm; Saturday’s 12-6pm; Sunday’s 12-6pm)
June/July: 29th-July 1st
$3250- $1000 deposit due with application, plus 12 payments of $187.50
$2875- if paid in full by March 1st 2018
Students have access to unlimited classes during the training at no additional cost and will receive required reading materials upon signing up. Events during the year will be 10% off.
