We believe anything and everything is possible with the right amount of support, clarity, and commitment. The coaches will guide you with practices that lift you up and move you closer to your authentic life—because no one should have to figure it all out on their own.

Storm Life Coaching

Storm Life Coaches (aka trained Storm Yoga Teachers + Holistic Health Coaches) are experienced guides who create a safe space for you to share your dreams and anything that gets in the way of living them. Once clarity and trust are established, they will provide a trail map with tools such as yoga & meditation practices, powerful questions, and more. Each offering is designed to provide accountability and lots of support along your journey so that you can truly live “connected” to yourself, those around you, and the life that is calling you.

Book a single 60-minute Empowerment Session for $125 to work with a Storm Life Coach to discuss your goals, create a plan and gain a few tools to bring along with you to keep you feeling your strongest for your best journey ever!

 

How it Works:

  • We meet on online (over google meet) or in person at the Storm Life office in Hatboro

  • We set days/times and frequency for our meetings (weekly, monthly, etc.)

  • You practice and apply everything we talked about in between sessions.

  • At our sessions we ask questions, go deep, set goals, practice the tools together and continue to do the work to create the life of your dreams!

BONUS: All coaching packages include a free copy of Spiraling to Wellness Layer 1 or 2,  a journal by Kristin Ritter that asks powerful questions and provides inspiration in the way of awareness, movement, and nutrition.

Kristin Ritter

Bachelor’s in Business & Marketing, RYT 500 + Holistic Health Coach

Kristin is a yoga teacher, student, mom, holder of space, lover of nature, traveler, adventurer, and with all that, a mentor. She loves helping others find what they are truly called to do and how to balance the everyday responsibilities of work/home/health while enjoying the ride, and seeing the beauty along the way.

Kristin received her training as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. Drawing on these skills from IIN, along with over 500 dedicated hours of Yoga Training, and starting/running businesses for the past 20 years she now works in private and group sessions, helping clients find their authentic selves by setting goals and action steps that align with their true nature, providing a wealth of support and love along the way.

When she is not dancing at “the Storm” or exploring the trails with her two little gurus and puppy, she is traveling throughout the country helping entrepreneurs start and run their juice bars + wellness businesses. She believes that with the right passion, support, and a strong foundation in health, home, and work, anything and everything is possible.

Terri Clime Palacio

Terri Clime Palacio

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Master’s in Public Health, RYT 200 + Holistic Health Coach (NBHWC certified)

Terri is a holistic health coach, yoga teacher, mentor, mom, traveler, scuba-diver, and nature lover, especially, all things related to the ocean. 

Terri’s own health and wellness journey inspired her to leave the corporate world to become a holistic health coach and yoga teacher. She was trying to be perfect at all the roles in life such as career, parent, caregiver, spouse, etc. Stress and the never-ending juggling act caught up to her with anxiety and other health issues ensuing. She studied holistic approaches such as nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness to restore and find balance. 

Terri loves sharing what she learned and helping others make gradual, life-long, sustainable changes, leading to a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. With empathy and compassion she works as a “guide on the side,” helping hold you accountable through the process.

Donna Montross

RYT 200 + Holistic Health Coach

Donna is a mother, yoga teacher, holistic health coach, healthy food “foodie”, lover of fresh air and colorful sunrises. She received her 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate from Nourishing Storm Yoga Studio and graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified health coach. Donna’s wellness journey started when she transformed her own health through discovering the amazing healing power of food. This experience sparked a passion for nutritional health which she enjoys sharing with loved ones and clients. 

As a health coach, Donna believes that all the tools we need we already hold inside ourselves. She provides a safe, supportive space where she listens and asks powerful questions to uncover her client’s true goals. She offers guidance, acceptance, encouragement, and accountability. She integrates journaling, mindfulness, and movement as well as other modalities where appropriate. Overall, Donna EMPOWERS individuals who are ready and committed to making changes to find their own joy and enhance their quality of life.
