Bernadette Price

Yoga Instructor

Bernadette received her 200 hour yoga instructor certification in Spring 2024. She completed this training with deep gratitude for the practice, community, and the healing power of yoga. She specializes in trauma-informed care with an emphasis on accessibility for every body. Her personal practice has been ever-evolving through all of life’s ebbs and flows. What began as a way to connect with the body in an athletic powerlifting headspace has since shifted as a way to work through grief and strife. After the loss of her Mother in 2021, Bernadette has found solace in slowing down her practice to realign mind, body, and soul.

During her classes, you can expect meaningful breathwork, guided meditation, restorative techniques, gentle movement, and maybe a bit of challenge. Outside of the class setting, Bernadette facilitates Grief Gatherings, Full Moon Women’s Circles, and Youth Yoga workshops. She is also a hospice professional, working with nurses, patients, and their families during these delicate and very heavy transitions. In every aspect of her life, Bernadette leads with a gentle heart full of empathy, light, and love for all.
