Beginner Classes: A Gentle Place to Begin

CALM
CALM takes you gently through mindful postures and sequences of movement that are safe and accessible to anyone from beginner to seasoned yogi. The goal of this class is to promote relaxation, harmony and inner peace and to experience what true CALM really feels like.

RESTORE
Perfect for all levels, RESTORE brings YOU back. This restful practice, designed to restore the mind, body, and spirit, includes postures fully supported by props. Students will be guided to relax into each pose to feel renewed and RESTORED.
Intermediate Classes: Slowly Challenge Yourself

BLISS
It’s the best of both worlds. BLISS is a blend of fluid yoga sequences and relaxing, restorative poses. In this class, you will flow through a medium-paced vinyasa, ending with a series of longer-held seated postures… all the while linking breath with movement. Yoga BLISS centers on bringing awareness to all the sensations in the body, promoting inner peace and BLISS. All levels are welcome.

SLOW FLOW
Slow Flow is a satisfying, rhythmic journey of slow and mindful transitions from one pose to another, requiring sustained control and concentrated effort. The class is designed to help promote personal power and strength in the mind, body and spirit. This is a great class for anyone starting a Vinyasa Flow or for those that want to slow things down and savor being in the flow!

FLOW
FLOW is a stimulating compilation of heat-building poses and sequences that will nourish any storm! Increase energy, strength, awareness, and self-love in this class, while you detoxify and reduce stress allowing for a deeper connection to your authentic self. This sequencing of fluid namaskars (sun salutations), hip openers, backbends, and inversions, all in sync with the breath, create a dynamic dance interconnecting mind, body and spirit.
Advanced Classes: Here’s Where We Build Heat

STRONG
Mindful transitions, sustained control, and concentrated effort make STRONG an irresistibly challenging class. The focus is less on the destination and more on the journey. Students tap into both inner and outer strength to build endurance, promote personal power, and learn to gracefully move through the world, both on and off the mat.

EMPOWER
Take Yoga Strong…add weights… and you have Yoga Empower. In this class you will challenge your body to dig a little deeper and engage even more muscles than you do in a regular yoga class, while synching movement and breath. You’ll love the potential results…improved bone and heart health, core strength, joint stability, and a leaner, lighter you. Your instructor will guide you through correct use of the weights and modifications. Weights are optional. This class concludes with an empowering and restful meditation. All levels welcome.

YIN
Yin is a physical and meditative practice that gently invites increased flexibility and enhances circulation and joint mobility. This practice involves holding low intensity poses on the floor for 3-5 minutes to elongate and strengthen the body's connective tissues while offering a chance for tranquil reflection. Guided by Chinese Medicine, this sacred practice aligns with the seasonal rhythms, emphasizing the meridians and elements that flow in harmony with nature's cycles.

Yin Yang is a harmonious practice centered around finding the balance between stillness and movement, embodying ease and grace in the body and mind. The Yin aspect prioritizes lasting flexibility, better circulation, and increased joint mobility with extended floor poses held for 3-5 minutes. Yang involves generating heat through flowing vinyasa sequences that build strength and endurance. When combined, these two practices create a harmonious practice that resonates with seasonal changes and natural rhythms, including restorative poses for a peaceful conclusion to a Yin Yang session.
Outdoor Classes: Embody Earth & Sky on your Mat

EARTH & SKY
Roll out your mat on the earth under a big blue sky, add a vinyasa and restorative practice and you have Earth & Sky. Inspired by nature, this blissful class is a blend of fluid yoga sequences with restful restorative poses. Take time to breathe fresh air and be in awe of nature while feeling a sense of inner peace and BLISS. All levels are welcome.

EARTH EMBODY
Take a CALM class and bring it outdoors for a grounded, slow, and earth-connected practice. Earth Embody infuses gentle, intentional movement with calming, restorative postures that are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. This practice integrates earth’s elements while attending to the mind-body connection to foster relaxation, harmony, inner peace, and a sense of CALM.

EARTH FLOW
Unwind and discover your rhythm amidst the trees as you release any tension. Welcome creative movement and expression fueled by the energy of the earth. Let loose and set exciting new intentions for the upcoming weekend. All levels welcome.
Interested in a Private or Group Yoga Session?
Private and group yoga sessions can be customized and personalized based on your experience and goals.

Private Yoga Sessions can be a wonderful way to be introduced to Yoga and/or get a personal class designed just for you and your needs. Sessions typically last an hour with a few minutes to meet before and after class. Each session is developed to help you reach your personal goals whether you are looking for flexibility, balance, strength, inner peace, or all of those mentioned.
Book one for $125 per session
Book weekly for $100 per session
In-class semi-private sessions are also available upon request. You can book in your favorite class and with your favorite additional teacher.

Group Sessions are for those who want to practice with a few people in the comfort of a home or in our studio space. The sessions can be customized by themes to meet the needs of the group and build a deeper connection. Whether you want to practice as a family or with a group of friends or colleagues, group sessions are perfect for 2 or more individuals.
$150 for a one time event
Discount rates apply for those booking more than one session and for those in financial need.

Virtual Class Set-Up
Join us when you are traveling or from the comfort of your own home.

1. First sign up for your class making sure you select the “VIRTUAL” option in the class title.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with the link to join our Virtual Zoom Class.
3. Please arrive on Zoom at least 5 minutes ahead of time so our teacher can let you in and you can say hello to the teacher and the rest of the class.
4. When class begins please mute yourself. Keeping your video on is recommended throughout the class.
6. Any questions please email us.
Note- If you need to cancel class please do so within 2 hours of class time or you will be charged for class.

In order to play a Zoom meeting from a phone, tablet, or computer on a TV, the two devices must be connected. Once they’re connected simply start or join your meeting on your mobile device as normal and it will play on your TV. If you have a smart TV this connection will be done wirelessly using wifi. If your TV is not wifi enabled then you’ll need to connect using an HDMI cable or an external device such as ScreenBeam.
