Brooke started practicing yoga just over 5 years ago as a way to quiet her mind and move her body. Through her practice she was able to find her inner voice and more deeply connect with the world around her, as well as a community that she fell in love with.
Enrolling in YTT at Nourishing Storm was an incredible experience for Brooke and deepened her love and appreciation for the practice of yoga. Through sharing her practice, she hopes to help people find a safe and welcoming space to explore their connection with yoga and invest in their mental and physical health.
When she is not practicing yoga, you can find Brooke exploring outdoors, moving her body or finding ways to embrace her creativity. She can't wait to continue to connect with the Nourishing Storm community and share some sunshine with anyone who ventures into one of her classes.
