Eileen Nelson

Eileen was introduced to yoga over 10 years ago and has practiced on and off throughout those years, more recently adding it to her everyday routine. While yoga has been mostly a form of physical exercise for her, she decided to deepen her yoga knowledge and practice both on and off the mat by enrolling in YTT at Nourishing Storm. The spiritual and calming aspects of yoga have been life changing for Eileen while she balances working full time as a School Counselor and being the mom of 3 boys.
Eileen enjoys weaving yoga into her everyday life both personally and professionally. In her spare time, she loves to run, spend time with her husband, children, and other family and friends. As a yoga instructor, she hopes to help her students connect breath with movement and find balance in their day.
