The first time I tried yoga, I didn’t like it. Not even a little!
I dropped out of the class after a few sessions, thinking I was better off running or doing something different that burns more calories. I had NO idea how WRONG I was until years later.
Over time I began having issues with stress and high blood pressure. The word yoga began resurfacing over and over again in my world. The most obvious sign was the free yoga sessions offered at work, taking place in a room right next to my classroom.
After giving it another try, I couldn’t have been more amazed with the positive results. I knew this was the start of something very good for me but it wasn’t until a little angel in my kindergarten class led me to Nourishing Storm, where the real shifts began.
Nourishing Storm, right away, started healing things in me. Big stuff.. like stress, anxiety/worries, and ignoring myself due to being so busy. I couldn’t relax and was always moving too fast. Now after benefiting from all of the incredible instruction and inspiration at Nourishing Storm, I can say such progress has been made. I worry a whole lot less, am much more present, actually take time for myself, eat healthier food, and feel so much better about everything in general. I am extremely grateful that Nourishing Storm has guided me to such a better place in life. I know that my being able to safely get off blood pressure medicine has EVERYTHING to do with time wisely spent in the studio and café. The classes and the events I have attended have taught me so much. The good energy is positively contagious there. Thank you so much for all you do to make lives healthier and happier! Namaste!
the best thing they could ever do for their mind and body. It will make them happier, healthier, and more flexible. Best if all it will help immensely with stress relief. However, they may love it so much that they will become addicted.
