I was introduced to Yoga when Kristin Ritter came to my Hatboro Rotary club – her presentation compelled me to take a few classes.

I originally joined to add another form of exercise – flexibility and strength workout. What I discovered is Yoga helps the mind as well!

Every one of the instructors has been very helpful and made me feel very welcome – thank you!

The experience has been very positive – I love the way Yoga makes me feel!

It’s a great combination of mind and body – I highly recommend it to all!
