Emily Neary
Yoga Instructor
Emily has been weaving in and out of a yoga practice for years, always loving the physical practice and the inner calm it created within her. After years of struggles with mental illness and feeling a disconnect from the world around her, she decided to adopt a daily meditation practice which changed her life. Being able to analyze and accept her changing emotions made it easier to be one with them.
After a steady meditation practice, she decided to create a daily asana practice as well. Yoga has increased the quality of her life greatly, and it was a natural next step to want to share space for this practice to help others as well.
As a yoga instructor, Emily hopes to help others find a place within themselves that they truly love.
