Directions
From Caterpillar (sit on a folded blanket and extend your legs out in front of you), separate your legs to form a v shape until you feel a mild sensation in your inner thighs
Extend your palms out in front of you on your mat, blocks, blanket or bolster and fold forward
Stay for 3-5 breaths
Modifications
For One legged Dragonfly bend one knee and place you foot on your inner thigh and then start to reach your hands in front of you and fold forward and/or add a twist or side bend
Variations
Take your Dragonfly to the wall place your legs and sit bones as close to the wall as you can (using a bolder behind your legs if you need extra support
