Directions

  1. Start by lying flat on your back with a block (or bolster) under your shoulder blades 

  2. Lift your chin and allow your head to rest on the mat or a folded blanket

  3. Stay here for 1-3 minutes

  4. When you are ready to come out remove the block and hug your knees into your chest and roll on your side to come out of the pose

Modifications

  • Bring the bottom of your feet together and allow your knees to float to the side with blocks as options to support each knee

Variations

  • Extend your legs straight out
