Directions
Start in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog).
On exhalation release your forearms to the mat.
Take your gaze slightly forward between your arms.
Stay for a few breaths and continue to an inversion such as Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance) or draw your knees down and release into a childs pose.
Modifications
Soften your knees by slightly bending them or bring them to the floor.
Place a block between your hands to keep your forearms straight.
