Directions
Lie on your back and bend your knees towards your chest.
Grab ahold of the outsides of your feet with your hands. Bring your knees slightly wider than your torso as you draw your knees down.
Flex your feet and breathe. Perhaps even rock side to side with a smile like a baby in this position.
Modifications
Place a strap around each foot and hold on to the strap as you drawn your knees in and down.
Reach for your calves or the back of your thighs with a bend in your knees instead of holding your feet.
