I have been making smoothies (professionally) for over 10 years as a “Juice Bar Gal” traveling the country teaching the ways of Smoothie making and then in my own Cafe that opened in 2016. I also make smoothies every day after my runs and with my kids. They are so fun, easy and you can customize them to meet your wellness goals. Below are some of my favorites but at the end are some tips to become a smoothie guru and make your own.

Orange Delight
8 oz Choice of juice, water or milk
1/3 banana
1 whole carrot (or juiced carrot)
½ cup frozen mango
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
8 oz. ice
Perfect Pina
8 oz Choice of juice, water or milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapples
½ cup frozen mango
⅓ banana
½ tsp. shredded coconut
Green Goddess

⅛ lemon (including the rind)

1 pinch cinnamon or cardamom (optional)

Purple Seeds

½ cup frozen berries
⅓ banana
1 cup fresh kale or ½ scoop freeze dried
½ tsp. Chia Seeds

Coco-Mint
