Gratitude Journals

To start a gratitude journal practice:

  1. Start a document on your computer, get a notepad or fancy book just to write your 3 daily things are grateful for

  2. It may help to set a day and time to do this, and maybe even set an alarm on your phone or add to your calendar for accountability

  3. Show up, breathe, smile and let loose what is filling your day with sunshine. Remember even the darkest days have rays of sun, find them and you are well on your way to spiraling to wellness!

“Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.” – Rumi
